Mr. Wormwood called the regular July meeting of the Town of Watertown Zoning Board of Appeal to order at 7:00 p.m.
Motion 7-25: Motion by Mr. Wormwood, seconded by Mr. Cooney to accept the minutes of the May 5, 2025 meeting as written and distributed.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
VARIANCE REQUEST
Davidson Management Group, Inc. – 21752 Gillett Road – Tax Map #90.12-1-6.6 – Variance request for 2 side setbacks for the installation of EV Charging Stations. Zoning Requires 20 feet.
Robert Purvis, on behalf of Davidson Management Group, appeared before the Board stating that the EV Charging Stations were installed without permits. He is waiting to obtain an updated survey showing the exact placement of the EV Charging Stations to determine the exact variances they will need. Discussion followed.
Motion 8-25: Motion by Mr. Wormwood, seconded by Mrs. Kiernan to scheduled a public hearing for Davidson Management Group, on Monday, August 4, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. for two variances of side setback requirements for the installation of an EV Charging station at 21752 Gillett Road, conditional upon submission of an updated survey to the Town Clerk by July 16, 2025 for submission to the Jefferson County Department of Planning for their review.

Motion 9-25: Motion by Mrs. Knapp, seconded by Mr. Wormwood to adjourn the meeting at 7:05 p.m.
